Gary Rochambeau entered the St. Louis
Roleplaying scene in the mid-eighties after his family relocated from
Toronto. Realizing the Warhammer roleplay clubs were packed to bursting
by Elf admirers, Dwarf lovers, Chaos Warriors and hundreds of human
characters, he set up the Missouri Association of Role Playing Halflings.
He lobbied for a change in the beginning stats of the Halfling character
to further attract more players to that race. While ultimately
successful, he was stuck with low scores resulting from the original
rules.
